This means less buying and more fixing!

As an ethical brand pursuing the SLOW FASHION vision, we avoid overproduction (we sew most of our models only after the order is placed) and WE PROMISE THAT WE WILL REPAIR YOUR CLOTHING FOR FREE!

So if you have a garment from our range, purchased on our website, that needs repairing, please follow the instructions below:

• Send them by any courier to the following address: ZaQanna, ul. Jesionowa 17, 55-040 Bielany Wrocławskie
• Inside the package, include the return address where you'd like us to return the garment after it's repaired. You can simply write it down on a piece of paper and put it inside the package.
• Once your package arrives, we'll get the machinery moving and have it repaired successfully within two weeks. Free of charge, of course, with no additional costs!
• After repair, we will send your garment back within 2 days at our expense to the address you included in the package.
