Returns / exchanges / complaints

RETURN

  • Returns are free (except for orders under PLN 200).
  • You can return your goods within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  • NOTE - made-to-measure models and those with modified length or width are not subject to returns.

To return goods:

  • Go to WWW.SZYBKIEZWROTY.PL , select the ZAQANNA store and fill out the returns form.
  • The form will automatically generate a code - copy it with a pen on the package.
  • Fill out the Return Reason on the card included in the package and insert it into the shipment.
  • Take the carefully sealed parcel to any parcel locker.

The refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 business days from the date the shipment is delivered to us. The refund will be made using the method used to make the payment.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges for a different size are available through our online store. Please contact us via chat or email: hi@zaqanna.com

COMPLAINT

You have 30 days from the date you receive your shipment to file a complaint. To file a complaint, please email hi@zaqanna.com.

In the body of the email, please provide:

  • reason for complaint
  • bank account number to which the funds are to be returned

Once you receive a response, pack and ship the product.

* Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

The refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 business days from the date the package is delivered to us. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
